Timothy Follick, Ph.D., L.P
President - Consulting Psychologists Inc.
Background
Dr. Timothy Follick received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and has been a practicing management psychologist for 41 years. His work is focused exclusively on leadership assessment, individual & team development, and talent management. As the president of Consulting Psychologists Inc (CPI) he has worked nationally and internationally to help individuals and organizations maximize performance effectiveness. In 2017 Dr. Follick was asked to partner with the design team at Notre Dame to help create its new program “The Inspired Leadership Initiative.” This is a yearlong program for accomplished and experienced leaders, who now wish to discern and launch the next stage of their lives.
Expertise
Together with his team, Dr. Follick was an early pioneer of competency program design and the use of competency based HR systems. He specializes in the design of programs that drive improved performance, support succession planning, and facilitate accelerated employee development. Dr. Follick also specializes in employee assessment for both selection and development purposes. He has personally conducted over 10,000 management assessments. His value to clients is forged out of real world experience and his expertise allows him to act as a trusted advisor to many senior leaders.

Karen D. Doll, Psy.D, L.P.

Dr. Karen Doll has been a practicing psychologist for 24 years. Her consulting work is focused exclusively on leadership assessment, individual development, and talent management. She passionately believes that her work should be adapted to the needs of each organization and assessment should capture the unique talent and attributes that each person has to offer. Her commitment to developing lasting partnerships allows her to learn the specialized needs, and unique cultural standing of each client organization.

During her 17 years as a Management Psychologist, Dr. Doll has worked with both national and international organizations within a variety of industries. Personally, she has conducted over 5,000 management assessments. The experience garnered from her work allows her to provide the kind of effective guidance and seasoned judgment that can only come from extensive practice.

Brian Follick, Psy.D., L.P.
Background
Dr. Brian Follick received his Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and has been a member of the CPI team for 12 years. He has been intimately involved in all aspects of our client relationships, and had a strong hand in shaping many of CPI’s most innovative products and services. He has a passion for creating and maintaining meaningful connections with the people and organizations he works with.
Expertise
His expertise is in leadership assessment, individual & team development, and talent management. He has robust experience with 360 feedback processes, and conducts both survey and interview formats. Brian manages the CPI online assessment program and is responsible for building improvements into the CPI assessment protocol. He brings with him a rigorous background in research design/statistical analysis, personality theory, and advanced psychometrics.
