Why
All leaders need accelerated continuous development that can meet them where they are and quickly help them get to where they want to be. Activate Talent was created as a high impact experience to meet the unique needs of women in leadership. There is a demand for safe channels of networking, connection, and relationship building. This offering is in an effort to democratize coaching services, increasing accessibility and availability for female leaders.
Purpose
Combine art and science in the discipline of unleashing potential. Leverage psychological findings and foster insight to elevate the potential of women.
Format
Small groups of 8 women
3 Hour Kickoff Meeting
5 Bi-weekly two hour sessions
